For this piece, I was particularly inspired by Byzantine art and the art of the early Church. The image illustrates the moment Adam and Eve are cast out of the Garden of Eden by the angels protecting the Tree of Knowledge, after Eve is corrupted by the Serpent and, in turn, corrupts Adam.
