Framed Art Print by Margo McDaid

In 2024 a good customer of ours brought a bright bold print called Girl in Hoops into our Showroom but was unsure which colours would complement it best – red, gold, saffron yellow?

Only one way to find out!

After looking at lots of different colour combinations to see which worked best next to the print by Margo McDaid - better known as Margo in Margate - we narrowed it down to three or four combinations.

We finally decided on a gold foil window mount and a pine frame with an oak wrap finish - neutral muted tones which allowed the print really stand out.

Finished with Conservation-level glass containing 99% UV filter to prevent any fading to the vibrant colours.
