Framed Art Print by Daniel Sherrin

This print on board - called Budding Spring - was brought into us for framing in 2023 by a customer who had found it in a charity shop in a broken frame.

She noticed it had a lovely inscription on the back, written by the lady that first bought it from Boots. She’d used her first wage to buy it – to cheer up her house-bound Mother, by bringing the “Spring into her home” and reminding her of the bluebell woods they would visit when she was a child.

Instead of covering it up, our Framers created a window in the undermount – which can then be covered in either plastic or glass for protection – along with another window in the backing board – so that our customer would still be able to see it.
