Ornate Frame for Louis Jennings Oil Painting

This stunning landscape called 'Ryecroft' was painted by Sheffield-born artist, Louis Jennings, and was brought in to us for reframing in 2017.

The customer chose a 3" Superior Swept frame - in a medium gold colour with an antique wash for a more aged effect - from our Traditional English Handmade Collection of frames.

These frames are among the finest in the world, and are all handmade to order, meaning our customer was able to specify the exact style and width of moulding he wanted, along with the finished colour and whether or not it had ornamentation added to the corners.

Once our Framers had fixed the original plaque to the middle of the new frame, it was ready for our customer to collect.
