Framed Map of Peak District

This Ordnance Survey map of the Peak District was brought to us for framing in 2018.

It's a reprint of an original One Inch Tourist Map showing the boundary of the National Park.

The customer chose a traditional picture frame moulding painted black with subtle highlights, from our beautiful Marais collection.

We cut a multi aperture mount so that we could display the map alongside its front and back pages; and for the map itself we created a double window mount - with a snow white top mount and 5mm reveal of a burgundy mount beneath - to tie in with the map's artwork colours.
