Our customers found this double page spread from a local newspaper - dated 1973 - scrunched up behind a skirting board whilst they were redecorating their spare bedroom, filled with adverts for businesses they - and we! - could remember from our childhood.
Coincidentally, they had already decided on a retro, seventies-style decor for the room, complete with rust-coloured accents and G-Plan furniture.
So, in keeping with the theme, we chose a pine picture frame moulding from our Andover collection - 231750471 - painted black with orange highlights, which blended perfectly with the room's new colour palette.
We also glazed it with Conservation-level glass containing 99% UV filter to prevent it from fading over time.
If you have a newspaper page which holds lots of memories, why not have it framed? It will make a great conversation-piece! Call 01246 554338 or email sales@bramptonframing for more information
