Framed Cross Stitch of Michelangelo Statue

This incredibly detailed cross stitch of Michelangelo's marble statue -David - was brought into us for framing in 2016.

As with all of the cross stitches brought in to us for framing, we hand stretch and stitch the piece in place - working to Fine Art Trade Guild standards. This means that no adhesives are used, allowing it to be taken back out at any time in the future without any damage to the material.

We framed the artwork using an Italian picture frame moulding which perfectly complements the colours of the threads, along with a stylish pale grey mount with a black core to create definition around the image.

Anti-reflective glass – which filters 70% of UV as well as reducing reflections to less than 1% - provides perfect clarity for this impressive display.
