This delightful cross stitch of flowers and butterflies was brought to us for framing in 2023.
Our customers put so much time and effort into their embroideries, it’s great to see the final result once they’ve been laced and framed by our Workshop. Although more time-consuming, this fixing method ensures the cross stitch is held securely in place, and is also fully reversible meaning all your hard work will not become damaged in any way over time.
Low-cost solutions such as adhesives and tapes can damage your valuable artwork. Also, many low-cost framing kits available online contain sticky pads or velcro, meaning it can easily slip or fall inside the frame.
Close framed i.e. without a window mount, in a barefaced wooden frame which blends very well with the colour of the aida fabric, this cross stitch has been finished with Conservation-level glazing with 99% UV filter, to help prevent the vivid colours from fading.
Our friendly Sales team will be happy to offer framing advice with no pressure selling here in our Showroom in Chesterfield, on the edge of the Peak District in Derbyshire.
