This unusual piece of art, by Marcelo Bengoechea, was brought to us in 2024 by a husband and wife who had finished renovating their house, and were ready to have several pieces of artwork they'd collected over the years framed ready to hang on their walls.
The artwork has been created by hand weaving two identical giclee prints of a black and white photograph originally taken by Bengoechea's brother, the late, internationally acclaimed, Argentinian photographer, Fernando Bengoechea, as part of his distinctive Karma Tree series of woven photographic work.
Our customers chose to have it float mounted on a subtly textured snow white mountboard, and framed with a black powder coated cushion profile aluminium moulding from our Clarke collection.
The Clarke collection is our only aluminium collection; all the rest are made from solid wood. If you're interested in an aluminium frame for your artwork call our friendly Sales team on 01246 554338 or email sales@bramptonframing.com for more information.
