Chine (8545) Mountboard Sheets

Suedette boards fully comply to Fine Art Trade Guild Conservation level (Level 2).

• Surface paper formed from natural high light fast rayon.
• Aqueous PVA adhesive with neutral pH.
• Buffered with calcium carbonate, minimum 3% by weight.
• Plasticiser free.
• Backing paper made from chemically-treated pulp using high pH sizing and lignin-free.
• Water-soluble extracts are minimal i.e. chloride below 0.05%, sulphate below 0.25%.
• For extra defence contains a buffer of calcium carbonate to guard against contamination by air-borne acid for the life of the board.
