How can I check my order progress?

We will be more than happy to give you a progress update on your order.

What are your opening hours?

Our framing workshop is open from 9am till 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday.

Can I collect my goods from you?

Yes, collection is more than welcome. Please make sure you contact us prior to collection to discuss arrangements and to make sure your goods are ready to collect.

Can I order by telephone?

Yes, you are welcome to place your order via telephone. Call us now on 01246 554338 to place your order.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No, we do not have a minimum order value. All orders are very important to us, regardless of the value.

Shipping and Handling

How much does postage cost?

Where is my item?

Do you deliver goods on weekends?

We do not usually deliver on weekends, however we could do by special arrangement - please call us to find out more.

Do you offer postage discounts for larger orders?

We offer free mainland UK (ex. Highlands) delivery on all orders above £150 (ex. VAT).

For Northern Ireland and Highlands please call us and we will provide you with a quotation, it really depends on what you are purchasing.

We will offer you the best price possible and where your order is over £150 ex VAT we will subsidise the cost of shipping for you.

Ordering Online

Can I order real glass rather than plastic glass with my online order?

Yes you can order real glass online. However, this depends on the size of your frame.

Although ever effort will be made to package your glass to a very high standard, please be aware that the glass will be delivered at the buyer's risk.

General Framing Questions

Is their a limit to the frame size you will make?

For Standard Mouldings where the ratio of moulding width to frame size makes sense, we are able to make frames up to 2.7m!

For English Swept Frames, these can be made in absolutely any size! Call us to discuss!

Do you offer speciality glass?

We offer a vast choice of glass types, from standard float glass to white water museum glass.

Do you offer conservational and museum standard framing?

Yes, we can frame to the highest possible standards using acid free materials, UV filtration and museum standard glass.

Picture Framing Services - Key Terms

Choose the Service type you require, from the typical choice of:
	On this tab you can get a price for a custom frame, with or without glass/backing/fixings. Generous volume discounts make our prices the lowest in the UK for volume orders.
	On this tab you will find a range of standard sizes we will make a frame in, such as A4 and 20x24" etc
	The moulding chop service enables you to make savings by joining the frame yourself. We miter the frame to your dimensions, you join and save £'s!
	For many of our mouldings you can order just 1 length. NB on some mouldings a minimum number of lengths must be ordered.
	A pack of moulding is normally 2 or more lengths, buying a pack can reduce the price you pay per meter.
	Buying a box can save you a significant amount!
