Ordering and Collection

I need some framing advice before I order. Can I speak to somebody?

Yes, you can call us on 01246 554338 or email us at sales@bramptonframing.com and our friendly Sales team will be happy to recommend moulding, mounts, glazing and other solutions for your framing project.

Do I have to order online? Can I order by email or telephone?

Yes, you are welcome to place your order over the phone on 01246 554338 or via email at sales@bramptonframing.com.

Where is my item?

Please give us a call on 01246 554338 or email at sales@bramptonframing.com and we will be more than happy to give you a progress update on your order.

What are your opening hours?

Our Workshop and Showroom is open Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm.

Can I collect my goods from you?

Of course, however we do ask that you contact us beforehand to ensure your order is ready to collect, and to discuss any parking arrangements.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No, we do not have a minimum order value. All orders are very important to us, regardless of the value.

Shipping and Handling

How much do you charge for P&P?

Our P&P costs are based on the size and volume of items you order, as well as the location of the delivery address and how much packaging the order will require.
Simply load the Cart, and type in your postcode on the Checkout page to find out how much delivery would cost.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on what product you have ordered.

Will you ship internationally?

Yes, we will ship to many destinations in Europe and further afield. We have customers in the USA, South Africa and Australia.
There may be stricter limits on the size of product we’re able to ship internationally, as well as import duties and taxes, so please contact us for a price.

How long does it take to receive my order once I’ve paid for it?

Do you deliver goods on weekends?

We do not usually deliver on weekends, however we may be able to do so by special arrangement. Please get in touch to discuss this further.

Ordering Online

Can I order real glass rather than plastic glass with my online order?

Yes, you can order real glass online although the size of it will depend on the size of your frame.
Although our products are extremely well packaged - and very rarely arrive damaged – please be aware that glass is delivered at the buyer's risk.

I am looking for a specific moulding to order online that I cannot find. Can you help?

General Framing Questions

Is there a limit to the frame size you will make?

For standard picture frame mouldings where the ratio of moulding width to frame size makes sense, we are able to make frames up to 2.7 metres in length.

Do you offer speciality glass?

We offer several different types of glazing, from standard glass and acrylic through to ones with high performance coatings on them which help to prevent fading by filtering out 99% of UV rays and/or provide much better clarity by virtually eliminating reflections.

Do you offer conservation and museum standard framing?

Yes, our Head Framer is a GCF Advanced Framer, and we are members of the Fine Art Trade Guild whose standards are developed for the guidance of the professional trade.
This means our frames are all constructed following the Guild’s practices, and in line with its principles.
